We ask for a deposit of £100 of the booking to be paid within seven days to secure the property - deposits are non refundable.
Balance of payment is due 6 weeks before arrival together with the breakages/cleaning deposit of £50.
In the event of cancellation less than 6 weeks prior to arrival, and we are unable to re let the cottages, the full amount will be payable. We do recommend that travel/cancellation cover is taken.
Pets cannot be catered for.
